Possibility of new Outkast music coming out?

Gucci Mane has just posted that he did a new track with Outkast, firing up the rumor-mill that is the internet which holds out hope for a new album from the Atlanta duo (as do I). Long gone are the days of the dungeon where they would lay down tracks for hours on end, with the likes of Cee-lo coming through to drop a verse on songs like Git up, Git out. Through the bickering and beef, artistic visions and eventual breakup, the two were able to come together to do a couple of festivals in 2014. While a representative from Andre 3000 camp said there is no album in the works, I'm still holding out hope for a secret, surprise album. With that said, here is my list of the top 5 Outkast songs. 5: Hey Ya

Most likey their most famous song, for awhile there you couldn't turn on the raido without hearing the line "Shake it like a polaroid picture!" For sure not my favorite song, but goddamnit it if this song wasn't catchy as hell. It put a smile on your face and made you wanna dance no matter the setting. By no means their best work, but an overall just fun song. 

4: B.O.B.

This fast paced, politically charged song was a different look for the two, once again highlighting their versatility and abilities to talk about any topic under the sun. While they claim that this song was not a plea against the war, the chorus where it states "Yeah, Dont even bang unless you plan to hit something" draws illusions to the war. This quick song was to important to their catalog to not put on this list. 

3: Roses

This six minute absolute takedown of some woman named caroline makes this song an ultimate post breakup hate your ex song. When Andre emphatically states "you're the reason for the word Bitch" is the extreme moment of letting out all anger or disdain for any ex boyfriend/girlfriend. Still this song is the second most famous Caroline in a song (Sweet Caroline still has them beat).  

2: Ms. Jackson

"I'm sorry ms. Jackson OOOHHH, I am forreeeaaalllll, Never meant to make your daughter cry, I apologize a trillion times" If that doesn't get stuck in your head and resonate, you just don't like music. This song is more of a poem then a strait up song, with one of the most elusive, fire, beats of the last 20 years. Damnnear any other artist this would be #1, but with Outkast...

1: Int'l Player Anthem

While you could argue that this is a UGK song and therefore should not be on this list, this is my list so fuck off. Easily the best beat in hip hop history, Andre letting all his hoes go before his marriage is the perfect intro to this masterpiece of a song. "I typed a text to this girl I used to see, telling her I met this cutiepie with whom I wanna be, I appologize if this message gets you down, then I CC'd every girl I used to see see around town". That's just the begging of this song!!! This track goes down in history as a top 5 hip hop/rap song EVER.
