First let me clarify one thing: I liked Up, it was a fine pixar film which I enjoyed thoroughly. HOWEEVVAAAA if you think this is a good use of your time, you are out of your goddamn mind. They literally already have hot air balloons, the unquestionable better version of this. There are infinite ways to spend your time, and this dude easily picked one of the top 100 stupidest.
PS: this would be a very different blog if he ran into one ambitious seagull or hawk, that plummet would be intense.

Welcome back to the my weekly Pick Em, which will now be released weekly on Wednesday, which will give mostly football picks, but don't be shocked if you see a basketball pick in there. Warriors (-12) Vs. RaptorsThe Warriors have not played up to Warriors standards by any means this season, and even in there recent route of the Mavericks it was more of a case of weaker competition than the Warriors finding themselves. The issue is clear and it is defense, and while they are certainly a better team then the raptors, 13 points is a big hill to climb Raptors +12 Colts vs. Bengals (O 41)The colts offense is strait up horrible, there are no two ways around it, and the bengals are not much better themselves. I would be shocked if these two teams get above 30 between the two, so it is an easy decision to hammer the under Under 41 Falcons -4 1/2 vs. JetsThe falcons are pissed coming off another trouncing by the patriots, and have an opportunity here to take their anger out on a franchise who cant seem to figure out how to tank. Look for Julio Jones to go Huge this weekend. Falcons -4 1/2 Louisville -3 vs. Wake ForrestI know the shine is somewhat off of Lamar Jackson as he has not put up the same season he did last year in his Hiesman campaign, but I am not off the bandwagon yet. I may know nothing about Wake forrest, but I know for a fact Louisville will win by more than 3 Louisville -3 Penn State +6 Vs. Ohio StateWe come to the big game of the week which should be a tough one for PSU, coming off a big game against Michigan, but to see them as a 6 point dawgs against OSU seems crazy. This is my lock of the week, I am 1000 percent on the Saquon Barkley train and I am riding with PSU
My pick: Penn State +6
I may be a day late on this, but with the horrendous fires coursing through Napa and Sonoma, it is hard to find the good in all the terror. Schools, neighborhoods, and whole community's have been wiped out the body toll continues to rise, it seems we are all directly or indirectly affected by this tragedy. The dog ran in fear when the flames went up, and no one could catch him, cut to a couple days later and when the families go to surveil the land, and HERE COMES IZZY! Its hard to see the light in a situation as terrible as this, and by no means do I want to minimize this situation or say its over, but I think its safe to say we are all happy izzy is ok

After a brief summer hiatus, and months of celebration of another dubs championship Native Baydestrian is back for another year of news the way you want it. In podcast news, my cohost DJ Daan has moved down to LA onto bigger and better things and is unlikely to continue the pod. As of now, the Podcast is on hiatus, but that could change at any moment, so don't be surprised if you see a tweet in all caps with a souncloud link to me dropping so many aka's that ya head spins. I am happy to report that Action Jackson is returning I his roll as head of football content, where he will mostly focus on college football. Whether this goes out on the 17th or 18th, one thing is very important to note: HOOP IS BYKE, and as a quick reminder of how the last year ended, I'll drop a video below that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
Signing off, Content Conley
