Start your day off by soaring to a higher level of consciousness by watching this video. I had a lot going on when I found this video, homework, ESPN, the other life distractions. When I started playing this video, I stopped it immediately and shut everything else off, and went full screen to devote 100% of my attention to it. Not often can a piece of art truly tell a story with no words, but this movement broke through layers of cynicism I had built up through years of living in the social media age. Take a couple minutes out of your day and let this sink through you.
